This section of my e-portfolio highlights my development across key areas of student affairs practice, based on the 2015 ACPA/NASPA competencies. Here, I analyze my growth and skills in four competencies: Social Justice and Inclusion, Student Learning and Development, Advising and Supporting, and Technology. For each area, I reflect on how my experiences have helped me build foundational knowledge and practical skills, including critical thinking, effective communication, collaboration, and the use of technology in student learning and support. I also illustrate how I have applied these skills in real-world settings and how I plan to continue using them as I transition into my professional work.
